Garifuna librarian author, photographer and filmmaker, Felene M. Cayetano, lives in Belize where she advocates for cultural continuity, literacy, authors, poets and small publishers through the Belize National Library Service and Information System, Belize Book Industry Association and Urban Garifuna. Her three collections of poetry are entitled Evolution: Weaving in and out of Consciousness While the Truth is Somewhere in the Middle, Crossing Bridges and Uruwa! Belizean Nail Soup is the the title of her short story anthology with other Belizean writers. These e-books are available through Apple Books, Smashwords, Barnes and Noble, Everand, Kobo and other e-book platforms. Felene's photographs are available as NFTs or during rare in-person exhibits. Her films, SIDES and AFIENI [Faith], will be available at a film festival near you.
